This is an eight legged circular footstool . Is has a flat top and can be used like a coffee table with a tray . Each of the eight legs has been painted with a different pattern and colour and the octopus applique is multicoloured. 
It measures approx 90cm in diameter and 35 cm high.  
 
The fabric is extremely hard wearing and it can be safely used as a footstool without risk of damage to the artwork ( just take your shoes off first ! ) 
 
This is a one off piece and the design will not ever be repeated exactly as seen here.
